There are reports of a rotting whale carcass on the shore at Flinders back beach, leaving a slick of blubber and oil in the water. The carcass is attacting attention from a Great White Shark that has been sighted in the area.
This increases the risk of shark attack at Flinders and nearby Westerport Beaches, so please think twice about venturing out on the water in this area for the moment!

I'm working with the Hydro Experience to promote Clean Break, the new web series. You have a unique chance to be IN it! The series is looking for a local guide in the San Diego area for a kitesurfing adventure.
That means you could get to hang out with the cast - introduce them to the sport and partying with them after they hit the water. Learn more and put in your own guide submission here: http://bit.ly/CleanBreak
